Position Description
This is a key role in this leading international law firm Marcoms department supporting the Manager on the full range of Marcom related activities including in communication and PR planning as well as in executing thought-provoking PR, assisting to deliver amazing events and generally helping to drive the Marcoms function to the next level. The successful candidate should be experienced in Marcom activity either with a strong Agency background or with broad Marcoms experience at a leading international company and a track record of success. You should also have very strong writing skills ideally both in Chinese and in English and with a good mastery of different tones of voice.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Ability to assist in planning great marketing campaigns
Strong writing skills in Chinese and English – for PR, internal communications and other marketing materials
To both develop great event plans and execute events in line with very best practice
To help execute firm-wide branding events such as key partners’ speaking opportunities, cross-practice client seminars & networking events
To execute the firm’s internal communication efforts such as firm-level communications with the other Verein members as well as help with KWM China’s internal employees communication where necessary
To support the Marcom Manager on other Marcom related tasks if necessary

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

University degree or above, major in marketing, communications, and English
More than 5 years’ related working experience
Organised & flexible; able to multi-task and highly efficient
A great team player; solutions orientated & problem solver
Proactive, strong sense of ownership, passion & commitment to work
Fluent English & Mandarin is required

主要职责：

与联盟间市场团队保持日常沟通，作为中国市场宣传团队的项目执行人，与联盟其他办公室同事共同完成联盟间品牌传播涉及的各项工作
了解事务所各业务领域宣传需求，凭借良好的沟通技巧，与业务领域部门保持日常沟通，协调完成业务领域所涉及的品牌传播活动
与市场部内部其他成员保持沟通与合作，顺利完成市场宣传工作

学历和专业要求：
市场营销、英文、工商管理等相关专业，全日制大学本科及本科以上学历
品牌宣传、媒体关系、网站设计维护等相关知识及经验
出色的中文撰稿能力
能熟练使用英文进行对外沟通，具备出色的中文和英文书写能力
熟练使用各种办公软件

工作能力及经验要求：
5年以上相关工作经验
具有一定的组织协调能力，配合市场传播经理进行团队协调
具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行能力
具备良好的项目管理能力与时间管理能力
具备强烈的工作责任感与事业心，积极主动
能够耐心为其他同事提供指导和帮助，团队工作意识较强
